About Graniti Building Materials

Graniti has supplied floor and wall finishing solutions in the UAE since 1993. Our portfolio covers high-end ceramic and porcelain tiles, sanitary ware, wall cladding and bathroom solutions. We choose each product for its quality, durability and design, because a floor or a wall has to keep looking right long after handover.

As a tiles supplier in Dubai, we serve both residential and commercial projects. One client might need a single bathroom, another a whole development. Either way, we try to understand the space first and recommend materials second.

Choosing a tiles company in Dubai usually comes down to a few practical questions. Does the range suit the project? Will the material hold up to how the space is used? Can the supplier help from specification through to delivery? We’d like to have that conversation with you at Stand A11.

What you’ll find in our range

Our collections cover the main surfaces of a project, from floors and walls to the bathroom. Here’s an overview of what we offer.

Porcelain and ceramic tiles

Our tile range includes large-format porcelain slabs and marble-effect surfaces, along with a wider selection of ceramic and porcelain tiles for floors and walls. Large formats mean fewer grout lines, which works well in open-plan living areas, lobbies and retail spaces. Marble-effect porcelain gives you the look of natural stone with the practical benefits of porcelain.

Wall cladding and textured finishes

For feature walls, facades and interiors that need some depth, we supply wall cladding and textured wall finishes. They give designers more to work with than a flat painted surface.

Sanitary ware and bathroom solutions

Graniti represents GSG Ceramics and Newform for sanitary ware and bathroom solutions. We also have our own line of premium fittings and accessories, Elina Aqua. Together they cover bathroom projects from basins and WCs through to taps and finishing details, including bespoke sanitary ware.

Why visit Graniti at Downtown Design Week 2026

There’s plenty of advice online about finding the best tiles company in Dubai. In our experience, the most reliable test is still to see the material yourself, touch it, and ask the supplier hard questions. A design week stand is a good place to do that.

For architects and interior designers

Bring your mood boards, drawings or a rough brief. Our team can talk through finishes, formats and combinations that suit your concept, and point you to options across tiles, cladding and bathroom products.

For contractors and developers

If you’re pricing or planning a project, Stand A11 is a chance to discuss material choices, project scale and supply with us directly. Whether it’s a villa or a multi-unit development, we’ll talk through what the project needs.

For homeowners and industry professionals

Not everyone at the stand will be in the middle of a project, and that’s fine. If you’re curious about current materials or want to understand the difference between ceramic and porcelain, ask us.

See you at Downtown Design Week 2026

Design week is one of the few times the region’s architects, designers, developers and suppliers are in one place. We’re looking forward to meeting old clients and new ones, and to hearing what you’re working on.
